From DDOE's letter to all Single-Family Homeschools:
This year, the enrollment form can be found by going to www.doe.k12.de.us/enroll or going to www.doe.k12.de.us, seleclting the link titled "Nonpublic School Information", then selecting "Enrollment for Single-Family Homeschools". All single-family homeschools must use this form. This is an online enrollment form. Please follow the instructions on this form. Hard-copy enrollment spreadsheets are not available from the Delaware Department of Education. If the Internet is not available where you live, please visit the public library in your area in order to complete the online enrollment form. The deadline for submitting this form is October 31st, 2012. Homeschools that have not responded by October 31st must be closed. Since the link to this form will not be available after October 31st, 2012, an immediate response is necessary. Please visit www.doe.k12.de.us/npschools for periodic updates.
