Hunter's Moon
On Thursday, October 25th, the full moon will be the closest and therefore biggest of the year. What more is there to say? Step outside and check it out!
The best way for young sky gazers to view the moon is through a good pair of binoculars. You will be amazed at the amount of detail on the moon's surface is vi sable simply through a pair of binoculars. Binoculars are simpler and easier to focus than a telescope and objects in the binoculars are simpler to comprehend. So check it out, with the moon this close, there is sure to be plenty to see!
