Families are invited to enjoy tours, art activities, and performances by Toxique Trottoir, featuring four dancers dressed in gargantuan costumes inspired by the world of Fernando Botero.
Teen Initiative Exhibit
While you are there be sure to check out the exhibit of works by the "Teen Initiative." This exhibit is located in the lobby of the education wing and includes works created by local youths ages 13 -17 and inspired by various works in the museums collections. Included is a work by homeschooler, Teddy, re-imaging the museum's popular painting "The Flying Dutchman" in the style of Botero!
