SCHOOLDAY PERFORMANCES

* Wilmington shows are 9:30am or noon, unless stated otherwise.
* Dover school shows at Delaware State University - 10:00am & noon.
* All shows are open to the public as well as to school groups.
* Shows are generally one hour long.

IF YOU GIVE A PIG A PANCAKE
AND OTHER STORY BOOKS

A musical based on popular children books, including: Diary of a Worm, Fluffy the Classroom Guinea Pig, Horace and Morris but Mostly Dolores, How I Became a Pirate, Lilly’s Big Day, The Paper Bag Princess, Ruby Mae Has Something to Say. November 24 (Wilmington), 25 (Dover) and January 22 (Wilmington-9:30 show sold out, 12:00 show still available), grades P-4, $6.00

THE PLANT THAT ATE DIRTY SOCKS
A fun-filled musical that features an enormous plant that eats the smelly, dirty socks of messy Michael and is based on the book series by Nancy McArthur. November 13 (Wilmington) and 14 (Dover), grades 3 through 7, $6.00.

FOUR SCORE AND SEVEN YEARS AGO

The story of two men of different races and different sides of the Civil War, who befriend one another in an exciting and suspenseful musical. January 9 and April 6 (both in Wilmington), grades 3 through 8, $6.00.

JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH
Based on the Roald Dahl book, takes the classic characters , including young James Trotter, Old-Green-Grasshopper, Centipede, and Miss Spider on a new magical musical journey down the hill, through the countryside, across the sea, and into the air. February 11 Wilmington, grades K through 5, $6.00

FISH FACE
A musical adapted from the popular series by Patricia Reilly Giff, Kids of the Polk Street School, with its message of friendship and understanding. January 28 (Dover), grades P through 4. $6.00

SILENT BOY
Dramatic adaptation of the Lois Lowry book based in Pennsylvania in the early 1900’s which deals with Katy Thatcher, a precocious and curious young girl, and her neighbor Jacob, who has autism. April 20 (Wilmington) and 21 (Dover), is for grades 4 through 8. $6.00

Based on the classic tales by Rudyard Kipling, a musical that takes Mowgli on a life full of adventure and conflict, filled with mystery and danger! May 11, grades K-5. $6.00

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY PERFORMANCES


GOODNIGHT MOON and THE RUNAWAY BUNNY
Both based on Margaret Wise Brown’s and Clement Hurd’s beloved bedtime classics. Whimsical puppetry and evocative music will bring the dream-like imagery to life in these stories that have delighted several generations. Friday, February 13 (President's holiday for some), grades P-2. $12.00





THE LION, THE WITCH & THE WARDROBE
An enchanting musical based on C.S. Lewis’ adventure story about four children who enter the land of Narnia.
