Check out the largest space frame structure ever built in Zome Space. Some 20 volunteers, using 17,464 parts, built this stunning model during the last week of July in Spain.
The Zome scrapbook article has loads of photos, sketches, history, and human interest. I loved looking over the historical photos of engineering feats like the Eiffel Tower, built for the 1889 Paris Universal Exposition, and the Ferris Wheel, constructed in Chicago, 1893.
